Originally called Thorn Garth, this impressive historic home was built in 1894 during a period of significant growth in Ilkley. It was commissioned by Joseph Hill, a prominent local figure and Justice of the Peace for the City of Bradford. The property offers stunning views of Wharfedale, Beamsley Beacon, the moors, and the famous Cow & Calf rocks.
