Planting design is an art form that combines horticultural knowledge with creative expression. At GardenWild we are passionate about every planting design and apply individual care and attention to each project that we undertake.

Planting design begins with a thorough analysis of the site, followed by the development of a concept that aligns with the goals and constraints of the project.

Our designers then choose appropriate plant species, taking into account factors such as growth habit, maintenance requirements, and the desired visual effect. The final design may include groupings of plants, hardscape elements, and other features to create a cohesive and dynamic composition.

On-site Design

This package is for someone who wants a quick, hassle free experience on a budget. It’s perfect for smaller projects such as borders and smaller garden design.

All the planting design is done on-site, meaning there's no need for a planting plan or a plant list. This is often a better, more natural way to design for smaller, more intimate projects.

If concentrating on a single area it’s important that the design works with the existing elements in your garden (ie. your paving, the colour of a fence, the material of your house etc.) The On-site package gives our designers the opportunity to make sure everything works in person on-site.

Full Planting Design

This package is for someone who is looking for a full comprehensive planting design. Perfect for gardens that have recently been landscaped or larger gardens in which the planting has become tired and lack lustre. We recommend the full planting design package for gardens with multiple borders needing cohesion and movement throughout the different elements.

This package is for someone who is passionate about their garden and wants to set out on a journey to evolve their garden with us. We reserve this package for large scale projects.

This package has an open ended time scale. In real terms this means it can and does take years. During this time you’ll access our years of horticultural experience, design knowledge and fantastic links to local suppliers.
