Features:

  • Deciduous shrub to 2m tall, with boldly lobed, oak-like leaves

  • Numerous large sterile florets begin white, then pink and finally ruby red as they age

Ultimate Height: 1.5-2.5 meters

Ultimate Spread: 1.5-2.5 meter

Flowering: June - September

 

Care:

Prune in late winter/early spring. dead head flower heads and remove diseased, damaged, congested or crossing shoots. Shoots that are growing in unwanted directions can also be pruned out.
