Our uniform policy outlines our expectations regarding employees’ responsibilities when complying with our dress code.

Scope

This policy applies to all our employees regardless of employment agreement or rank.

GardenWild Ltd Uniform

Uniforms provided by GardenWild Ltd remain the property of GardenWild Ltd. Uniforms will be provided to you and are your responsibility as long as you have them. 

What We Provide

You’ll be supplied with - 

  • 3 Gardenwild polo t-shirts.

  • 2 Gardenwild hoodies.

  • 1 Gardenwild raincoat. 

What You Provide

In addition to the work clothing we supply you will need -

  • Black work trousers 

  • Appropriate footwear

Dress Code

The dress code must be followed at all times when at work. 

Minimum dress code -

  • 1 GardenWild Polo t-shirt

  • Black work trousers

  • Appropriate footwear

If the weather requires you can also wear 

  • Gardenwild hoodies.

  • Gardenwild raincoat. 

Please don’t wear any other jumpers or raincoats. 

Loss and/or damage

Any loss or damage of uniform should be reported immediately to either Liz or Tom. We understand that tools sometimes go missing and/or get damaged, not coming and telling us about it gives no opportunity to fix the problem.
