Attendance Policy

Policy Brief 

Our attendance policy outlines our expectations regarding employees’ responsibilities in regards to attending work 

Scope

This policy applies to all our employees regardless of employment agreement or rank.

Policy elements

In this section the components of the Attendance Policy will be outlined.

Start time

All employees are expected to start work at 09:00 am if not agreed before. There will be some earlier start times however this will always be agreed upon, at least a day in advance.

End time

The finishing times will vary depending on workload.

Holidays

All time off is to be discussed and agreed with Liz before they are official. Not all days off are paid holidays, it’s up to you if you want to take unpaid time off. If you want to use one of your paid holiday days please let Liz know when you take it. 

All Employees are given 28 days of paid holiday. We also don’t work bank holidays and you can decide whether to use your holidays or not.
